Trevor Stidston graduated from The University of Adelaide in 1970 with a Bachelor of Technology (Civil Engineering). Upon graduating he was promptly accepted as a member of the Institute of Engineers in 1970.

In 1982 Trevor founded Civil Tech Pty Ltd. A company which envisaged clients wanting a more complex view of Civil Engineering and Construction.

Throught Trevors 49 years of expereince, he has played a significant role in the advancement of civil engineering alongside its stakeholders, by taking the place of a valued partner and trusted collaborator.

Julie has worked in the civil construction industry for over 25 years and provides management, financial, quality, auditing and administration experience to assist in the efficient running of the day to day activities required for a civil construction enterprise.

Degree Qualified, she is currently completing her Masters in Business Administration. She is also an active Committee Member of CCF Women in Construction.

Matthew has over 25 years of experience in the civil construction industry and extensive experience in large scale commercial landscaping projects, road upgrades, major re-services, stormwater,  pedestrian bridges, and traffic improvements.

Matthew's diverse skillset ranges from specialised knowledge of public utilities, stormwater design, amenity horticulture and playground design, to the development of strategic plans and detailed community consultation and liaison.

Matthew manages the day to day programming of resources, and liaison with clients and stakeholders.

Matt fully understands the complexities and expectations of high-profile public projects and has successfully delivered projects such as the two stages of the North Terrace Upgrade.

Gordon has over 10 years of experience in the civil construction industry and has extensive experience in general civil construction, commercial landscaping & streetscaping, bridge rehabilitation and replacements.

Gordon provides administrative support to the Project Manager, liaises with subcontractors and other stakeholders during the project delivery phases, and oversees site quality management.

Renee (Dip Business Administration) has worked in the civil construction industry for over 7 years and provides administration and customer service experience to assist in the efficient running of day to day office activities.

Kimberley was welcomed into Civil Tech Pty Ltd in 2021. Kimberley provides administration and ISO quality support for both office and site support activities.

She is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Construction Management & Environmental Science and a Certificate III in Business Administration. She is a friendly individual with a passion for science & construction.

Aaron Greenwood drives a committed team to provide excellent outcomes for all stakeholders. He has experience in desalination works, underground service installations, highway reinstatements, boat ramp upgrades, civil drainage, mining, roadworks and earthworks.

Aaron commits 100% to each project and always completes projects within project timeframes and budgets.

Cain is experienced in desalination works, underground service installations, highway reinstatements, boat ramp upgrades, civil drainage, mining, roadworks and earthworks.

Cain engages with all stakeholders in a professional and collaborative approach. He can be relied upon to complete a project on time, and on budget ensuring attention to detail is achieved.

Mark Pruimboom drives a committed team to provide excellent outcomes for all stakeholders. Mark has over 10 years’ experience and successfully managed projects up to $3million.

He has experience in civil drainage, mining, roadworks and earthworks. His community engagement is second to none and has regularly been the face of Civil Tech in neighbourhoods surrounding complex projects
