Position Details
Manage the engineering processes for Civil Tech, ensuring the provision of efficient and effective structural and civil design services, including design validation, engineering, and drafting components in line with the company’s strategic goals and business plans.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously and as a collaborative team member and possess the following attributes:-
Project Management Experience working to external deadlines,
Estimation Experience,
Extensive technical knowledge in the civil construction field,
Excellent interpersonal skills,
Proven ability of resourcefulness and to take ownership of delivering the day-to-day project requirements,
Proven ability to lead teams, and
Proven ability to effectively manage subcontractors and foster lasting working relationships
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a history of delivering relevant projects in Australia on time and within budget, be willing to be ‘hands-on' with engineering projects and be able to lead a team utilising excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The preferred candidate must also have broad civil construction experience and a willingness to work on a variety of civil construction projects, including but not limited to road works, stormwater, bridge works, marine works, and streetscape upgrades.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:
A Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering,
A minimum of 10 postgraduate years of construction experience,
COVID-19 full vaccination,
White Card (preferred) and
WZTM Card (preferred).
