The Site Supervisor is responsible for leading, engaging, collaborating and supervising a team to deliver civil works.

Directly supervises up to three employees
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
Responsibilities including training employees, planning, assigning and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems
Responsible for all job and site paperwork completion and safe delivery to office for processing
Coordinate and provide supervision to employees and sub-contractors where applicable
Ability to apply well developed leadership skills to directly manage, develop and motivate site personnel
Use conceptual and analytical skills to help make changes to existing work practices that result in business improvements within all operational areas
Exercise independent judgment to ensure that the quality and execution of works are completed as specified, within budget and in a safe, timely and efficient manner
Coordinate and supervise the delivery of all construction maintenance works including road and/or bridge works
Coordinate responses to emergencies of a timely and effective manner, during and outside normal working hours
