Description:
Civil Tech Pty Ltd completed the reconstruction of coastal access infrastructure at the end of Mill Terrace, Middleton—a popular access point along South Australia's southern coastline.
The scope included construction of a new timber staircase connecting the carpark to the beach, supported by a rock retaining wall, concrete kerbing, paving, and infill works to ensure long-term stability and safe public access. This upgrade supports coastal resilience while maintaining safe and functional beachfront access for the local community and visitors.
Delivered within a sensitive coastal environment, this project highlights Civil Tech’s expertise in marine-edge construction and working within tight spatial and environmental constraints.
