Description: Civil Tech Pty Ltd delivered the renewal of the existing roundabout at the intersection of Croydon Avenue and Hurtle Street in West Croydon.

This strategic upgrade aimed to improve road safety, enhance pedestrian access, and revitalise the streetscape in a well-trafficked suburban corridor.

The aging roundabout was replaced with a modern layout designed to improve traffic flow, support safer turning movements, and offer clearer navigation for all users. Urban design features were incorporated to uplift the area’s visual appeal, with accessibility standards front of mind to ensure inclusive use.

Delivered under live traffic conditions, the project involved close coordination with council stakeholders and the local community. A staged construction approach, supported by traffic and environmental management, ensured access was maintained and disruption kept to a minimum.
