Civil Tech Pty Ltd was contracted to undertake the renewal of a shared use path and install new pit and conduit lighting infrastructure in Park 11 – Mistletoe Park / Tainmuntilla, located along War Memorial Drive, North Adelaide.

As part of the City of Adelaide’s urban renewal program, the project aimed to improve pedestrian and cyclist experience, deliver upgraded public lighting, and ensure compliance with modern accessibility and safety standards.

Key scope elements included:

• Demolition and reconstruction of existing paths

• Installation of electrical conduits and lighting pits

• Coordination around heritage infrastructure and public amenities

• Traffic and pedestrian management in a high-use recreational zone

Works were carried out in a sensitive parklands environment, requiring precise stakeholder engagement and environmental protection measures.

The final result delivers a safe, aesthetically improved, and accessible transport corridor that complements the natural landscape of the Adelaide Park Lands, while also supporting the City’s long-term sustainability and lighting strategy.
