This works included in this are, but not limited to:
Provision of traffic management to ensure safe access for the general community.
Demolition and disposal of existing pavement, kerbing and storm water infrastructure as specified on approved design drawings.
Reinstatement of all pavements, verges, footpaths, and other areas affected by the works, soil erosion and drainage management during construction clean-up and demobilisation.
Pavement construction including asphalt carpark, kerbing and concrete area.
Construction of Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) garden beds and provision of planting elements as specified on the approved design drawings.
Protection of trees and existing landscaping within the site.
Location and identification of underground and overhead services. Protection of services during construction works.
Storm water infrastructure including pipes, pits, and connections of existing downpipes to the new infrastructure.
Lighting and electrical infrastructure including connection to existing switchboards as specified on approved design drawings.
